Meditating with Sonia has allowed me to build a store of “cumulative calm” inside, which I can and do draw upon regularly. I’m not yet the totally tranquil, zen-like person I’d like to be (nor ever will be, I expect!) but the daily practice of meditation has certainly shown me the benefits of slowing down, calming down and taking time out to just “let go”. I still lead a busy life, but it is certainly a lot more balanced now, and it seems easier to make time for the things that matter and enjoy everything I do that little bit more, because I do it more consciously and more calmly than I used to.
