About Peace of Mind

Meditation is a deeply quietening, grounding, strengthening and healing experience. Learning to Meditate is life enhancing. It can help us overcome compulsive behaviour and deep-rooted fears. It allows us to take back control of our own circumstances and our lives, so that when we are beset with problems or situations which knock us off balance, we can home in on the stillness and strength that is buried deep inside us. Then, with a new clarity of thought and real focus, it enables us to deal with any situation in a far more measured and level way. Once learned, Meditation is a tool for life.

Peace of Mind Meditation and Intuitive Counselling Centre is an holistic practice for quiet meditation and was founded by Sonia Wynn-Jones, a gifted Meditation Teacher and Healer/Counsellor. The Peace of Mind Meditation Centre takes place in a purpose-built meditation lodge in the garden of her home in leafy, tranquil South West London adjacent to the wide open expanse of Richmond Park. Sonia leads meditation groups for men and women and offers intuitive counselling sessions to individuals and couples on a private basis.

Pricing

Intuitive Counselling sessions and weekly meditation groups take place in the Peace of Mind Meditation Lodge in South West London.

Meditation groups are held every Tuesday evening from 8pm and Wednesday afternoon from 12pm and are payable in advance on a rolling basis.

1 hour Intuitive Counselling session on a one to one basis: £80

1 ½ hour Intuitive Counselling session on a one to one basis: £95

1 hour Intuitive Counselling session for couples: £90

1 ½ hour Intuitive Counselling session for couples : £120

Meditation Group: £60 per block of 4 sessions

Spiritual and Personal Development Group : morning £50 / whole day £75
