Well, for those of us who already meditate this is exciting news. But it stands to reason that if we are strengthening and repleneshing in so many ways through the quietening practice of meditation, then why not our brains too.
I have to say I am startled that Harvard have been able to put a definite time for this to happen as, in my experience, I think that each one of us is so unique that it must vary person to person. That, however, does not detract from the findings of Harvard's MRI study.
